Another classic wedgehead , Kings and Queens is a great player and important to the collecting community because it was played by Roger Daltrey in the 1975 film 'Tommy'.

The game has lots of rollovers and 4 relay action kickout holes. Thats what Gottlieb called their new innovative design at the time, games like these are called hole hoppers. The object is to make 4 of a kind on the rollovers, Aces, Kings, Queens and Jacks to light the corresponding kicker hole. The holes lite up randomly for a special and only one kicker hole lites at a time. The cool thing is that the kicker holes pass the ball, Ace hops the ball to the King kicker hole, King hops the ball to the Queen kicker hole, Queenhops the ball to the Jack kicker hole and the Jack hops the ball to the right flipper. Another Special is located on the rollover Ace of Spades. This special is lit by making all the Clubs. It tough to get it because, again it alternates off and on. The game is just lots of fun to play even as simplistic as it is having just rollovers, bumpers and kicker holes. Racking up points is quickly done by making the kicker holes. The holes as 10 points and 10 points for each lit card. If You make all the rollovers and drop the ball in the Ace kicker, you pick up 200 points as it passes through the Ace, King, Queen And Jack!
